Dear Customer,
Squiz wishes to inform you that preventative maintenance will be carried out on UK DXP Funnelback instances. This work is necessary to ensure ongoing system stability and performance.
Date: 22nd August 2025 Maintenance Window Start: 01:00 UTC Maintenance Window End: 04:00 UTC Expected Duration: 120–180 minutes
Impact: Each customer's admin interface will be unavailable for approximately 10–15 minutes during the maintenance window.
Push collections will not receive event data during this time. Event logs will be captured and can be sent to clients to replay events from their data sources upon request.
