Dear Customer,

SQUIZ wishes to notify you that a scheduled maintenance work will be carried out on the Compute Cluster hosted in our Sacramento Data Centre that may cause degradation to your services hosted in that data centre.

NOTE - Due to the high number of Virtual Machines (VM’s) hosted in the Sacramento Data Centre, this network change will be performed over two consecutive days.

Dates: 20th and 21st March 2023

Maintenance Window Start: 09:00 GMT

Maintenance Window End: 12:00 GMT

Impact: During the maintenance window we will be shutting down the Virtual Machines (VM’s) hosted in the Sacramento Data Centre and moving them over to a new computer cluster. The Squiz Data Centre team will be on standby and in the case of an unlikely event, the change will be rolled back immediately.
