Squiz wishes to notify you that scheduled maintenance work will be carried out on DXP CMS (Matrix) Content Management System that may cause a degradation to your service.

Dates: 29 September 2025 AEST - 11 October 2025 AEST (excluding weekend dates 4th-5th and 5th-6th)

Maintenance Window Start: 20:00 AEST

Maintenance Window End: 02:00 AEST

Expected Duration: 90 min per customer instance, 6 Hours total maintenance period per day.

Impact: During the maintenance window, your CMS (Matrix) editor functionality on your CMS (Matrix) application might not be available and or service degraded. Uncached content may not be available during this time.
