Dear Customer,
A fault has caused a delay in Advanced Form submission integration processing in all regions for form submissions that occurred between the dates of 2 Apr 2026, 15:59 AEDT and 8 Apr 2026, 9:54 AEST. We are working to recover and play the delayed integrations where customers haven't manually done so already. No data loss has occurred as a result of this fault.
