Dear Customer,

Squiz wishes to advise you of maintenance work that will be carried out on Squiz Cloud infrastructure.

Date: 1st December 2020
Location: Globalswitch Data Centre, Ultimo, Sydney.
Change Window Start: 22:00 AEDT Tuesday December 1st
Change Window End: 06:00 AEDT Wednesday December 2nd
Duration of window: 8 hours


Details:

During the above maintenance window, Squiz staff will be performing a series of controlled updates on our storage subsystem to align with recent software updates from our storage vendor.

The work will be performed on only a single storage process at a time, and can be easily reverted. No data is being modified as part of this work - it is purely limited to storage management software.


Impact:

The work being performed does not involve any downtime to services, but does represent a minor elevation of risk.

As always, Squiz will be monitoring your service throughout the maintenance window and any issues will be addressed immediately.
