Squiz wishes to notify you of planned maintenance work being carried out on Squiz Cloud infrastructure that involves an elevated risk for your service on Squiz Cloud.

However as work of this nature does always carry some risk, we are providing this advance notification in the interests of transparency.


Details:

During the above maintenance window, Squiz will be rebooting the devices which comprise our Sydney core network subsystem.

This work is a preparatory step required as part of a planned future firmware upgrade to address potential software bugs.  No upgrades are being performed in this maintenance window.

Our core network is fully redundant, and only a single piece of equipment will be patched at a time. As devices are patched, traffic to your systems will automatically be diverted through an alternate path.
