Possible Interruptions:
During the maintenance, all integration flows will be temporarily suspended and will resume once the maintenance is complete. After this process, all messages will be seamlessly redirected to the newly upgraded nodes.
Please be aware that during the suspension period, you may see records about container errors on the Containers page - this is expected behaviour.
To prevent any disruptions to the maintenance process, our team will disable the Frontend UI to avoid user actions that could interfere with the maintenance.
Updated IP Whitelisting for US Instance:
As part of the maintenance, a new outbound IP will be added for the US connect instance. This is in addition to current IP address (193.122.172.111)
Please have the following IP address added to your firewall whitelist: 157.151.204.47
