Dear Customer,

NOTE: This maintenance impacts all Squiz Cloud clients.

SQUIZ wishes to notify you that an emergency maintenance work will be carried out by our Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation provider to enable a new software known as "flowtrackd" which will further strengthen our ability to automatically detect and mitigate even the most complex TCP-based DDoS attacks.

Date: 6 September 2021

Maintenance Window: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM UTC / 21:00 PM - 22:00 PM AEST

Impact: Squiz do not anticipate any outage/service degradation as part of this maintenance activity. However, if for any unforeseeable reason there is any packet loss observed on Squiz cloud services, our DDoS provider will immediately disable this software.
